Hello, j'avais le même problème a l'instant.
J'ai un VPS sous debian8 avec PHP7, j'ai modifié dans le apache2 conf
<Directory /var/www/>
....
AllowOverride None -> AllowOverride All
....
</Directory>
Si cela peu t'aider :)
